• Return window: 30 days from delivery date.
• Item must be unused, in original condition and with original packaging where possible.
• If item is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact support within 7 days with order number and photos.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless return is due to our error or damaged delivery.
